Project management for your home project in Derby and the Midlands

Our domestic customers often like advice on kitchen designs or for us to co-ordinate the various trades that are required to take their project from conception to completion. There is no extra charge for these services and it is this higher level of service that gives us the edge on our competitors.

Managing the planning stage

We also offer a full design and build service, right from your first basic ideas through to the finished project ready for you to move in. We will even arrange the decorative finish, television points, telephone points, alarm systems, curtain rails or blinds right down to fitting the carpet.

We start with a free site visit at your convenience; we listen to your ideas and aspirations for your home. We use our experience to advise you on how to get the best finish to your project.

We will then establish if we need to contact the local authority planning department or the building regulation control department.

If you need drawings or a planning application our team will take you through the process and remove as much of the stress as possible.

There are many advantages to this; you only have to deal with one company so we are totally responsible to you. The main advantage is that we have a good understanding of the build, as well as your own unique requirements before we start any work on site. The other advantage is that because we are managing your project right from the beginning it helps us schedule work and we understand our drawings because we are so used to working from them.
